Okey, here's the story: I was asked to design the new logo for the biology program at Lund University. It was one of my friends, Cecilia, who's engaged in the students' union, who asked me if I wanted to draw the new logo. The thing is that everyone are so tired of the old logo we have, a rather atrocious eagle holding a DNA-strain, and I have to agree with them: it isn't very fun or pretty. So when she asked me I thought I might as well give it a try. I mean, I couldn't make anything that would look poorer than the one we've already got
 A bit of an explenation might be needed: The biology program is divided into two different parts: Green biology(e.g ecologists, conservation biologists) and White biology (e.g microbiologists, geneticists) So the butterfly represents green biology while the DNA-strain (the body) represents white biology  I had to keep it quite simply since we're not able to print the logo in colour. And it was Cecilia and Emelie who came up with the butterfly idea btw, not me  Well well, lets see if they'll want to use this one instead for the old one now ^3^ Take care everybody!  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
