~Honeykitten

Hey everybody! How are you guys doing? I must say that I’m a bit exhausted at the moment, but at the same time content. As some of you already know I’ve started to work with my B.A degree now, and even if it’s a lot of work it’s also very funny. At the moment I’m running some experiments with a damselfly specie called Enallagma, were I compare mating activity between different populations of this damselfly. Okay, sounds a bit boring perhaps but I find it most interesting. Apart from this I’m also helping out with catching, investigation of morph frequencies, measuring damselflies, putting up females for egg, counting eggs, dusting males, etc. So, shortly, I’ve got a lot to do ^3^ If the weather is good we always head out and catch as many damselflies we possible can. So this mean that I work on weekends as well, and normally we start at 09.00 am and quit around 5-6 pm Luckily I work with a bunch of kind and wonderful people (from England and USA actually). And we are sharing the lab yet with another damselfly-group which consists of people from France, England and Germany. Quite a mixture, ehy? But we have a lot of fun and we try to hang as much a possible after work (which mean I haven’t slept properly for, at least, a week now). And to top it all off, my supervisor is a rather forgetful professor (he has a lot of things to do so you can’t blame him) who’s really fun and nice
So yeah, even if I’m very tired I’m not complaining
But, as you might understand, I hardly have any time for drawing, so don’t expect to see much from me. And I’ll be rather slow with commenting as well (sorry about that, guys).
